Located approximately 11km from Kuching city centre, in what used to be the Public Works Department’s central mechanical workshop, Bintawa, Kuching, Borneo744 will be the first entrepreneur and arts district in the country.
Borneo744 covers an area of 10 acres with five buildings giving a total built-up area of 120,000sqft. These buildings were once workshops and an office building, but which have since been refurbished for Borneo744. Each building block is earmarked for specific activities based on building’s size, facilities, access points and acoustics.
The sprawling site enables Borneo744 to be flexible in catering to the space needed.
